Delivery Terms

1. Order acceptance and delivery scheduling

Orders for same-day delivery are accepted daily from 10:00 to 20:30.
The customer may:

• select a specific delivery time, or
• choose the “as soon as possible” option, where the order is delivered within 30–40 minutes to any location in Belgrade
• (delivery delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, protests, or long distance from the city center or from our location — Ruzveltova 42),
• schedule delivery for any other date and time using the calendar available during the ordering process.

2. Self-pickup

Self-pickup is available after order confirmation at the following address:
Ruzveltova 42, 11060 Belgrade – Zvezdara, Serbia

3. Delivery fee

Delivery within the territory of Belgrade is completely free of charge for orders with a minimum value of 3000 RSD.
For orders below 3000 RSD, delivery is not available.

4. General notes

The customer must be reachable by phone during the agreed delivery time.
If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the delivery time may be rescheduled or the order may be cancelled.
